The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department is seeking a full-time Education Programs Supervisor to lead its statewide conservation and outdoor education programs.

The Education Programs Supervisor leads the Department’s Public Affairs Education Program, including K–12 conservation education, outdoor skills and hunter education programs, and education staff. The position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating statewide programs while building partnerships that advance conservation education and connect people with the outdoors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting education program staff
- Overseeing statewide conservation and outdoor skills education programs
- Developing and evaluating educational programming aligned with state and national standards
- Managing grants, budgets, reporting, and program funding
- Building partnerships with conservation and education organizations
- Incorporating priorities from New Hampshire’s Wildlife Action Plan into conservation education
- Representing NH Fish and Game at statewide and national meetings and conferences
Qualifications: Candidates should have education and/or professional experience in environmental conservation, natural resources management, recreation management, program administration, or a related field, including at least two years of supervisory or management experience. A trainee option may be available for candidates who are close to meeting the full qualifications.
Knowledge of best practices in conservation education is preferred.
