Camp Programs Manager

You’ll oversee engaging summer camp experiences and lead dynamic outdoor education programs. As the driving force behind our programs, you’ll be responsible for recruiting staff, ensuring camper safety, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and delivering impactful educational experiences.
LOCATION: McLane Center (Concord, NH) or Massabesic Center (Auburn, NH)
COMPENSATION:
- $20-22 per hour, commensurate with experience

Public Programs Coordinator
Are you a passionate environmental education professional ready to ignite curiosity and inspire the next generation of environmental stewards? Join our team as the Public Programs Coordinator and lead the way designing and executing New Hampshire Audubon’s public environmental education initiatives. Stepping into this role will place you at the heart of NH Audubon’s education department with programs ready to run and others yet to be designed by your creative mind. Lead birding outings, curate and host intriguing guest lecture series, and facilitate interactive and experiential learning opportunities for all ages. This role requires a balance of both administrative acumen and a passion for teaching in the field.
LOCATION: McLane Center (Concord, NH)

Paradise Point Nature Center Coordinator
This position will support the mission of New Hampshire Audubon, to protect New Hampshire’s natural environment for wildlife and for people, by presenting as the face of Paradise Point Nature Center, providing quality customer service to visitors and the general public, overseeing the Nature Store, and generating memberships and sales to benefit the organization.
LOCATION: Paradise Point Nature Center, Hebron, NH
COMPENSATION:
- $16 – $19/hour payrate (dependent on experience)

Newfound Center Naturalist
This position will support New Hampshire Audubon’s mission, to protect New Hampshire’s natural environment for wildlife and for people, by aiding in boat rentals and program coordination/delivery to area residents, visitors, and camp groups.
LOCATION: Paradise Point Nature Center, Hebron, NH
COMPENSATION:
- $18 – $20/hour payrate (dependent on experience)
