Sharing Nature with Children though Project Learning Tree
Wednesday, April 15th from 9 am to 3 pm
At Forest Society North at the Rocks
113 Glessner Road, Bethlehem, NH
- Earn 5.5 hours professional development credit and become a Project Learning Tree certified teacher
- Be engaged in a hands-on workshop for both formal and nonformal educators
- Investigate environmental topics with indoor and outdoor activities
- Receive PLT’s K-8 Environmental Education Activity Guide, correlated to national and state academic standards (or equivalent, if you have this one)
Please bring your own lunch, light snacks provided.
$25 registration, scholarships available. Come ready to do activities outside! Workshop partially sponsored by a grant from Sustainable Forestry Initiative. Each participant will receive a PLT curriculum guide. Instructors: Jenn Scarinza, NHPLT Coordinator and Sarah Sallade, PLT Facilitator.
