Are you passionate about nature and love sharing that enthusiasm with others? Beaver Brook Association is looking for energetic individuals to join our team and support our nature-based programs. Whether you're experienced in outdoor education or eager to learn, we welcome your passion for the great outdoors! We are looking for Environmental Educators and Hike Leaders.
Environmental Educator: Reports directly to the Program Manager. The Environmental Educator is responsible for instructing groups of participants in environmental education programs. These programs are designed for various ages and group types, including school field trips, in-house programs, large group events, and private programs. The educator will create engaging, informative, and interactive experiences to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world.
Hike Leader: Reports directly to the Program Manager. The Hike Leader is responsible for leading hiking excursions and ensuring the safety of program participants throughout the program. The leader will guide participants on designated trails, provide educational information about the natural environment, and manage any emergencies that may arise.
