Full Time Seasonal Positions Include: 

Friends of the Eagle Camp & Camp Wildside (Concord & Auburn, NH)

We are looking for 16 Outdoor Educators and 2 Assistant Camp Directors who have a passion for wildlife and the outdoors. We provide a positive, fun working environment with plenty of opportunities to develop new leadership and teaching skills. Our Outdoor Educator and Assistant Camp Director positions will provide you with the tools and training to lead nature camp programming, provide effective child management, and teach in an outdoor setting. NH Audubon believes in an inquiry-based, student led approach to our teaching methods which is aimed at promoting curiosity of the natural world.   

The Outdoor Educator and Assistant Camp Director positions will support the mission of New Hampshire Audubon by planning and conducting daily lessons and activities for campers on environmental education, assisting with camp coordination of daily nature-based activities, and supervising campers during extended care programs. 

 

Paradise Point Nature Center (Hebron, NH)

We are also looking for a full-time seasonal Paradise Point Nature Center Director and Lead Naturalist to further our mission in the Newfound Lake region. These positions direct and facilitate the various functions of the Center including marketing and delivering free on-site educational programs for families, running our boat rental program, coordinating and delivering off-site educational programs for area summer camps, organizing and leading a summer speaker series for adults and families, basic trail maintenance at area wildlife sanctuaries, and more! These positions are great resumé building experiences for seniors or recent college graduates studying adventure education, environmental education, conservation, biology, natural history, business administration, or related field who want to experience running a small nature center in a beautiful location. Hands-on training for all operation-related responsibilities is provided. 
 

Year-Round Full-Time Positions Include: 

Maintenance Coordinator 

This position supports the mission of New Hampshire Audubon by maintaining our visitor centers and providing a clean, safe, and fully functional space for staff, visitors, and the public. 


Office Manager 

This position will support the mission of New Hampshire Audubon by coordinating the statewide human resources functions including recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, and by providing administrative support to the executive team, including but not limited to database administration, managing calendars, outreach with Board of Trustees. 


Community Outreach Coordinator 

This position will support the mission of New Hampshire Audubon by managing and implementing NH Audubon’s diverse outreach programs; managing volunteer efforts and standards; scheduling and organizing special events; and fostering relationships with supporters of our work and mission, including families, members, donors, and partners. 
Year-Round Part Time Positions Include: 


Grants Manager 

This position will support the mission of New Hampshire Audubon by identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, particularly from foundation grants, corporations, and public agencies; managing and directing grant applications and corporate partnerships and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements in order to secure financial commitments. 
 

Operations & Education Assistant 

This position supports the mission of New Hampshire Audubon by serving as the on-site coordinator for facility rentals and events managed by the Operations and Events Manager.
