Winter Woes to Winter Wonderful: Using Nature to Increase Joy, Energy and Focus

Join us for the third workshop in our NHEE Winter Learning series!

With the holidays now a distant memory and the promising energy of spring months away, many of us (including our students!), may be feeling the mid-winter blahs. What should be a season of rest has become a time of restlessness!

Our areas of focus include:

  • Simple exercises and activities to engage our senses
  • Nature-themed yoga poses and calming breathing techniques
  • Creative curriculum ideas using natural materials and outdoor spaces designed to incorporate language arts, math, science and art
