NH Environmental Education Needs Assessment Survey – Your Input Needed

How does environmental education play a role in your life? In an effort to determine the current state of environmental education in New Hampshire, NHEE is looking for your input. Whether you are a teacher, non-formal educator, school administrator, summer camp coordinator, government agency, or non-profit organization, we want to hear from you! The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Environmental education is an interdisciplinary approach to learning that builds connections between the land and environment with people and communities. This includes environmental education that takes place outdoors, in classrooms, and in community spaces with a goal of understanding the environment as a whole.

Results of this survey will help guide NHEE’s strategic planning process for the next decade and help focus environmental education efforts where they are needed throughout the state. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey and forwarding the link to others.

Everyone who fills out the survey by December 20, 2022 is eligible to enter the raffle for a chance to win some great prizes. The grand prize drawing will be on December 21st to win a $100 gift card to Bookshop.org and NHEE membership for 2023.  Each week we’ll draw names for two prizes so the earlier you complete the survey then the more opportunities you have to win. You can only win one weekly prize. Winners of weekly prizes are still in the drawing for the grand prize. Weekly prizes include $25 gift cards to Outdoor Learning Store, passes to the Seacoast Science Center, complementary annual memberships to NH Audubon, Squam Lakes Association canoe/kayak rental vouchers, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center trail passes.
